To register to vote, as a Kansas resident, you may obtain a voter registration form or register online at the Secretary of State or you can get the paper form here https://www.kssos.org/forms/elections/voterregistration.pdf. For you to be eligible to vote in an election, your voter registration must be complete at least 21 days before the election.
Hutchinson Community College collaborates with national and local nonpartisan partners to advance the civic and democratic engagement of the HutchCC community, as described in the Blue Dragons for Democracy Action Plan.
Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year shall hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 of such year for the students served by the educational institution, commemorating the September 17, 1787 signing of the Constitution. If September 17 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, Constitution Day shall be held during the preceding or following week.
