To register to vote, as a Kansas resident, you may obtain a voter registration form or register online at the Secretary of State or you can get the paper form here 
https://www.kssos.org/forms/elections/voterregistration.pdf.  For you to be eligible to vote in an election, your voter registration must be completed at least 21 days before the election.
