Customized Training

Providing solutions

When Siemens Wind Energy came to Hutchinson, we sat down with their Human Resources professionals to identify the skill sets required as they began hiring in the community.  To ensure a qualified workforce, we also worked with our Local Workforce Investment Board to provide the training necessary to potential workers for this industry sector.

We can come to your business to deliver training or have your employees come to our hands-on labs and well-equipped classrooms, whichever works better for your situation.  We can deliver training face-to-face, online, or in a hybrid approach.

Comprehensive Approach

Hutchinson Community College's Business and Industry Institute is an integral partner for local and regional companies.  We provide customized training solutions for businesses that have identified a training need.  Sitting down with the stakeholders, we will identify and deliver the right classes and hands-on training to your current workforce.

We also focus on the future workforce, re-skilling displaced workers. Providing them with the skill set that will make them more competitive in the marketplace.
