Pay attention to this page and your email for important updates about the J1 project and progress.
You will be contacted directly by members of the J1 Project team if your job role requires specific training for J1. Prioritize this training, read training materials, and watch videos as they are shared. All this information is important to a smooth go live process.
Planning ahead for time-sensitive transactions prior to July 9 is strongly encouraged.
Purchase orders (POs) cannot be entered or processed, and accounts payable checks will be delayed.
More information will be added as time progresses.
The transition to Jenzabar One (J1) is scheduled to be completed by July 31, 2026.
As the College begins working in J1, faculty, staff, and students will be adjusting to new processes, screens, and workflows. While extensive preparation and training have taken place, some services and processes may take longer than usual during the initial weeks following Go Live as users become familiar with the new system.
