Enrollment Checklist

• 1. Apply for admissions

  Once you complete the application, you will receive an acceptance letter after you hit the submit button.  An acceptance letter will also be emailed to you at the personal email address you provided on your HutchCC application.

• 2. Enter DragonZone

  You have received an email from HutchCC with your username and password to login.

• 3. Enroll

  To enroll in a course as a guest student, follow the steps below:

   - Log in to DragonZone and select Home > Course Search to view available courses.

   - Review the prerequisite requirements for each course you are interested in taking. 

   - Upload any required documentation—such as transcripts, ACT scores, and/or  placement scores—to your HutchCC application portal engage.hutchcc.edu/apply/.

   - Pay close attention to prerequisite requirements for Math, Science, and English courses, as additional documentation may be required before enrollment.

   - Email gueststudent@hutchcc.edu with the course(s) you would like to take. A member of our team will assist you with enrollment and any advising needs.

  As a HutchCC guest student, you will use your DragonZone account to view your class schedule and grades, access payment and textbook information, access online course content, and order your HutchCC transcript.
