    Course Description:  An in-depth presentation of the cardiac and respiratory systems. Abnormalities and corrective techniques as related to respiratory therapy will be discussed. Concepts and calculations of ventilation, perfusion, diffusion, hemodynamics, oxygen and carbon dioxide transport, acid base balance, and arterial blood gas analysis will be discussed.
