Mathematics - AS

This program provides the first two years of a baccalaureate degree in mathematics. Mathematicians are often part of a team that may include economists, engineers, computer scientists, and others. Mathematicians who work in academia usually have a mix of teaching and research responsibilities. Occupations that may include a degree in mathematics include actuaries, statisticians, computer programmers, systems analysts, and computer scientists.
