Course Description: History of Numerical Control (NC) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Introduction to CNC machine used in the precision and machining trades. Practical experience in the application of "G" codes and "M" codes, writing CNC machine programs, and machine setup and operation.
Course Notes: MC115 Machining I with a Grade of C or higher, or Departmental Consent.
