you have, and the more rewards you reap. Students who participate in HutchCC's Business Management and Entrepreneurship program learn to perform jobs effectively, ethically and efficiently.
Careers
Every organization needs Supervisors to plan, organize, staff, lead, and monitor results. Supervisors make decisions about allocating resources: materials, labor, information, training, development, time, and money, to help people achieve objectives.
Program Outcomes
- Recognize management purposes, processes, and practices including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling.
- Identify managers roles, responsibilities, and relationships at various organizational levels in the functional areas of marketing, operations/production, finance/accounting, human resources, and technology.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently using appropriate business etiquette and terminology, both in oral and written forms.
- Apply effective management skills and professional ethics.
