Non-Discrimination

Applicants for admission and employment, students, employees, sources of referral of applicants for admission and employment, and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with Hutchinson Community College (HCC) are hereby notified that this Institution is committed to nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, genetic information, religion, age, ancestry, disability, military status, or veteran status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Further, it is the policy of HCC to prohibit harassment (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) of students and employees. Any person having inquiries concerning HCC's compliance with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act is directed to contact the person identified below who has been designated to coordinate the Institution's efforts to comply with the regulations implementing these laws.
