Social Work - AS

This program is designed to prepare students interested in social work careers with the necessary foundational courses. Social work majors must complete a bachelor's degree at a university or college with an accredited social work program. Since many social work positions entail working for, or interacting with, the criminal justice system, a special emphasis in this area has been planned for this curriculum.

Accreditation

Hutchinson Community College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (hlcommission.org), an institutional accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
