One on One Tutoring

One on one appointment based tutoring is available to all HCC students through Student Tutoring Services located in the Student Success Center in  Parker Student Union.  Students will receive individualized assistance in most general education courses, as well as many technical courses.

Need help writing a paper or figuring out your math homework?  Help is available from early in the morning to very late at night in the Rimmer writing and math labs.  Drop in anytime we are open and you will find staff who will help you.

Online Tutoring

DragonZone

Need help with a paper or a math assignment, but can’t get to campus, try  tutoring online?  The path is easy:  DragonZone/Resources – then math or writing tutor.  They are available the same hours as Rimmer.  Online A&P students can also get online help.

Supplemental Instruction

RIMMER LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER

Study sessions led by a student facilitator in General Biology and Anatomy and Physiology are held multiple times weekly. Students work together with the facilitator to compare notes, discuss lecture material, take practices quizzes, predict test questions, and more.
