Degree seeking students: Regular, Ability to Benefit, and Special Admission statuses must have an official transcript sent from every institution they have attended.
High School Transcript:
Official high school transcript with a graduation date posted must be sent in one of the following ways to be considered for Regular or Special Admission status.

*Just because transcripts are sent this way does not mean they can be counted for removal from provisional status. Please review the bullet points on the admissions policy and procedures page.
*Home schools must be recognized by the state in which it is located. Students must provide official transcript, with graduation date posted, and documentation demonstrating that home school is registered with the State Department of Education (or state government equivalent) in which the school is located.
*For out-of-country High School Graduates' transcripts to be evaluated, they must be submitted through a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
GED Transcript:
Official GED (General Educational Diploma) with a passing score must be sent in the following manner to be considered for Regular or Special Admission status.

College Transcripts:
Completed official college transcripts must be sent to the HutchCC Records Office directly from the issuing institution. They must be sent in one of the following ways to be considered official:

*Official Transcripts that are not sent directly from the school (e.g. goes to the student, the parents, coach, or other representative of the student who then sends it on to HutchCC) cannot be used to transfer credit or for financial aid purposes.
