Any student who is going to participate in collegiate athletics at Hutchinson Community College is responsible for making sure that the Athletic Training Department has the appropriate medical information on file in order for the student athlete to be eligible for competition.

All athletes must submit information to Hutchinson Community College via the internet and also send hard copies of the medical forms to the Sports Medicine Department prior to participation. It is the student-athletes responsibility to keep the Athletic Training Department informed of changes in personal information such as addresses, emergency contacts, phone numbers, and insurance policies. Using Homelink will make this process more efficient for the student and the Athletic Training Staff.
