Two students to be awarded leadership scholarships By Jennifer Mace Staff Writer During the graduation ceremonies on May 9, the two 2008 recipients of the Richard E. Smith Leadership Scholarship will be announced. Six Hutchinson Community College students are currently being considered for the award, all of whom have participated in volunteer activities through HCC and in community service projects. Only one male and one female will receive the honor.
