By Tyler Lichti Construction workers bundled up to stay warm on Dex. 4 as they poured concrete and continued to work on the expansion of the JFK Library. Snow flurries hit Hutchinson Dec. 3, dropping agout four inches of snow on the Salt City. The library is expected to be finished within the second semester if the weather permits.
