Admissions Procedures - Health Information Management

Health Information Management

Admission procedure:

  1. Submission of application to HCC and required transcripts from high school and colleges previously attended.
  2. Submission of application to the health information technology program. The application form should be received by the program coordinator before the semester in which the student plans to being the program.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the documentation is complete
  3. Personal interview with the program coordinator at the college.It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the documentation is complete.
