Student Involvement
With more than 80 different organizations on campus, there is something you can be involved in and feel passionate about. There are unlimited opportunities to be involved, with volunteer organizations, groups in
your area of study, social organizations and faith-based groups.
Which Way To
Wichita
We know….Hutchinson has a lot to offer, but you want to see the world too. And, fortunately, that's not
difficult to manage. Wichita, the largest city in Kansas with a population of more than 300,000, is a
convenient and easy 45-minute drive from HCC.
Dillon Lecture
Series
Jeff Corwin, Henry Winkler, Bill Snyder, Mario Andretti, Bob Dole, Joe Theismann, Maya Angelou, F. Lee
Bailey, Bob Woodward and Lech Walesa. Those are just a few of the more than 80 lecturers to come to the
HCC campus as part of the Ray and Stella Dillon Lecture Series.
NJCAA
Tournament
The Tournament. That is how special this event is to HCC and Hutchinson, it's just called The Tournament
(and yes, capitalized please). For more than 60 years, Hutchinson has been the home to the NJCAA Men's
Basketball Championship Tournament. In March, it is the social event to attend, and it's right here.
