Students may be assessed a $25.00 per month handling fee if their student financial account has a balance due at the end of each month and the student has not established a monthly repayment agreement with College Green Financial Payments to have the funds automatically withdrawn from a checking account, a savings account or a credit card.
The Fall semester monthly handling fees may be applicable for the months of September, October, November and December.
The Spring semester monthly handling fees may be applicable for the months of February, March, April and May.
The Summer semester monthly handling fees may be applicable for the months of June and July.
If the student financial account has an unpaid balance at the end of each semester, a 'hold' will be placed on the student's academic transcript and the student's account may be considered for placement with a collection agency. If the student account is placed with a collection agency, an entry will be made to the student's credit history and a collection fee will be assessed by the collection agency.
